When will my order arrive?
Orders typically arrive within 7 days from the date of purchase.
Can I return or exchange my item?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please see our return policy for more information. If you have a question about your order, feel free to reach out to contact@xokari.com.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the product purchased and the zip code of the destination.
How do I return a damaged item?
We know accidents happen with shipping providers! If you received a product that was damaged, please take photos of all damages then reach out to our team at contact@xokari.com and we’ll make it right.
Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.
Can I change my address or products once I place an order?
Due to the many moving parts, once an order is placed and shipped, we are unable to make changes.
Our fulfillment team begins working on your order as soon as it's placed, so once an order is placed we can't cancel or make changes.
